Change is in the air, and while transitions can feel bittersweet, we're choosing to celebrate what's been accomplished and get excited about what's ahead!
After three incredible years of leadership, Brian Russell has decided it's time to pass the torch as our League Director. We can't thank Brian enough for the passion and dedication he's brought to getting kids across our state excited about mountain biking. His impact has been felt in every corner of North Carolina, and we're so grateful for everything he's built with us. The good news? Brian isn't going anywhere – he's committed to staying through September to help train his successor and will continue as a board member, so we'll still benefit from his wisdom and experience.
Now comes the exciting part: finding our next League Director! We're looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for youth development and has a vision for continuing to expand mountain biking opportunities throughout North Carolina.
